About Story:
Shortcut Romeo is an upcoming Indian romantic thriller film
to be directed and produced by Susi Ganeshan. It is the Hindi remake of
the director’s own Tamil film Thiruttu Payale (2006), Ameesha would be
playing a enthusiastic and lively glamorous rich girl. Neil would be
playing a local rogue simlilar to “Johnny Gaddar” avatar. The movie
which is touted to be a thriller promises a mix of betrayal, conspiracy
and love. Ameesha who spoke about the flick said that it would be
similar to a game of chess. The working title has been given as
“Shortcut Romeo” and is expected to roll next month. Ameesha Patel tried
her hand in something that she has never attempted before: playing a
double role. She will be donning both, Indian and western avatars in
this film.
